The first hotel I'd ever heard of in my life was the Waldorf story in New York. It embodies luxury, class, it's the apex of all hotels. Just to be able to be in t I've been bargeing for about 20 years and I know a lot about Peacock Alley and the rich traditions here of cocktail making and it's an iconic bar for the city. My assignment was to reimagine the beverage programming at Peacock Alley in Lexiard after the reopening. There's an approach to t Jeff Belle has really, really translated the space very well in a sense that not only wanted to give that sense of legacy but bringing some of the classics back but also brought in so many new answers to the new mixology into the world of a city in New York. We've reimagined the Rob Roy and then we have an old fashion called Little Tokyo and after digging through the Waldorf cocktail book I end up landing with drinks Cook and t When you have a setting Looking at the clock, the mural on the back bar, the high ceilings, ornamented ceilings, the marble col Peacock Alley is a very first fas I'm sipping all these moments so it's not just about being here to have a cocktail, it's just really to celebrate life.
