Hi Chicken Pie Lovers! I'm Cindy Bailey, The (new) Pie Lady. I recently purchased the business from Lisa Helmick who has been making gourmet chicken pies for ten years in the Botetourt County area. I am excited to carry on her business in our hometown and eventually throughout the state of Virginia. My nine varieties of chicken pies can be purchased at my home, Baileywick Farm, 2582 Roanoke Road, in Daleville Virginia. The pies are available by phone order, text or facebook requests. Text works best for me! I will be trying to keep the full inventory available at all times, but a couple days notice would be great. Most likely, whenever you need a pie, even if it is the same day, I will have it in stock. Please don't hesitate to text and ask. I will be making the Chocolate Pecan and Maple Pecan pies for special occasions and by request, eventually keeping some in stock at all times. I am not planning on making fruit pies, as my friends at Ikenberry Orchards, just across the street from The Pie Lady, have wonderful, fresh, pies available anytime! My goal is to have my pies carried at retail locations throughout the Roanoke Valley and eventually the state of Virginia. I will keep you posted as my business grows.
