You all are very familiar with this site, the Old Baker High School site. We're here to announce 150,000 square foot Walmart Supercenter for the area. This Supercenter will create over 300 new jobs. It will provide $16 million in capital investment and also provide 21,000 square feet of additional retail space. And we say to our friends at Walmart, this is a great community. As you already know, you're well invested here, but this particular site is especially fertile soil. And we are so proud to be partnering with you in what we think is going to be a very profitable and successful feature for you all. Today's a great day for the city of Col I think what you heard from your mayor, from our mayor, is that this is truly about a team. What I love about this investment, we've been investing in this community for over 25 years. And today, because of all the support the city and the great community has afforded us, we're able to further our partnership. Look what happens when you start providing high quality affordable housing. First we saw Valley Healthcare develop a beautiful new modern healthcare facility. Then we saw the school board come in with a brand new school next to it. Now we're seeing major commercial investment, 150,000 square feet and 300 jobs. And I submit to you that none of that would have happened. But for the city having the foresight to partner with us to replace Baker Village, I don'think Walmart would have located next to a 75 year old dilapidated property. And so that's the sort of thing that happens when we work together, we partner, we get things done. And I think you're gonna see the same thing happen there in the next five or six years. We couldn't be more proud of Walmart having the confidence in Col And we think it's gonna be a great beginning for this area of South Col We look forward to seeing what happens. One, two, three.
