During weekday hours we are able to return most products that are received by 4:00 pm. During weekend hours we are able to return most products, with the exception of iPads and android based mobile devices, that are received by 3:00 pm. Part availability and/or workload traffic may affect the return time of certain devices. Devices received after 4:00 pm weekdays or 3:00 pm weekends may be subject to next working day pickup.
