Hey there, Kathleen here. I am sharing this Vowish and Lawn Therapearl Eye Mask with you. And I got this because my retinodactyre and my ophthalmologist said I should get something And I did notice it did help a little bit but I wasn't really that consistent. But it's really easy to wear and to have just some cold or hot therapy for 20 minutes and just relaxing is pretty nice. The thing that I didn't realize was the cold therapy things that I could do with this. It helps relieve puffy eyes, dark circles and bags under eyes, swelling, headaches, migraines and sinus issues. So when I bought this, I bought it for a specific reason, not knowing that I had something of greater value than I realized. It does say right here on the packaging that it is reusable and non-toxic, latex, lead and BPA free. So that's pretty awesome as well. And then just clean it gently with mild soap and water. So I think it's a great tool to have in your arsenal of kind of taking care of yourself.
