A popular Asian market opened their second location in Wausau on Saturday. The Asian Pacific Market is an expansion of the Oriental Market located in Schofield. During the grand opening, community members, including the mayor, came to shop, show their support and of course, eat. Owners of the market say they pride themselves in being able to offer Asian food to people in the community. I just want to be able to explain to the community that we're here to support them. We're here to help them out with their Asian needs, especially with the grocery side of things and the restaurant side of things. We hope that we're able to still expand on our customer base that we have already in Weston and bring it to the Wausau location. This new location offers a variety of Asian food and produce, snacks and more. One shopper from Weston says businesses Food brings everybody together.
