Any articles rejected by Consignee for consignment must be picked up by Consignor within five (5) days, or the items are donated to charity. • Consignment merchandise is accepted daily, but furniture consignment should be set up by appointment and approved by management before delivery. If Consignee accepts an item of furniture for consignment, it is Consignor’s responsibility to arrange delivery to Consignee, or Consignee will arrange with a local mover to obtain the item at Consignor’s expense. • All items received for consignment must be in excellent condition, be clean and be ready to market. All clothing must be no more than two (2) years old. Accepted items that need to be cleaned, ironed or repaired are subject to a cleaning fee, in Consignee’s sole discretion. All children’s clothes and outfits must be matched up before drop off. Any items that are not in condition to sell at time of drop off will automatically be donated. All items must be dropped off by use of tote, hangers, or presentable bags. Garbage bags are not acceptable. • Consignee’s consignment term is sixty (60) days. The Consignor is responsible for claiming any items within five (5) days from the date their consignment term expires. Special items such as designer clothing and “larger”-ticketed items may be held in the Consignor’s account for a longer period of time, as specifically agreed upon by Consignee and Consignor. • If Consignor elects to claim their merchandise before the expiration of their sixty (60) day consignment term, Consignor is subject to an early pick-up fee. This fee is determined by the price and quantity of items picked up, and is at the Consignee’s sole discretion. • Pricing of consignment merchandise is determined in Consignee’s sole discretion, and is based upon market demand, style, trends, stock quantity, etc. If Consignor is seeking a particular price on a particular item, Consignor must advise Consignee and said price will be considered upon marketing. • The following pricing schedule applies to any sixty (60) day consignment period: o 1-30 days = Original Price o 31-60 days = 30% Discount from Original Price However, Consignee reserves the right to mark down merchandise at any time due to imperfections or for promotional purposes. • The following commission rates apply to consignment items: o Selling price is $100 or less = Consignor is paid 50% of the selling price o Selling price is $101 or more = Consignor is paid 60% of the selling price It is Consignor’s responsibility to contact Consignee, at any time, to determine monies owed Consignor for the sale of merchandise. I Can Tell myself that we could be more than just friends I know you think that we moved too soon, it would all end I live in misery when you're not around And I won't be satisfied till we're taking souls back There'll be some love-making, heart-breaking, soul-shaking What's it gonna be? Cause I can't stand it Don't you want to be? Don't you want to be more than friends? Don't be tired and don't let go Have the right to lose control Don't let go I often fantasize the stars above are a jail They know my heart and speak to you Cause I can't stand it Don't you want to be more than friends? Don't be tired and don't let go Have the right to lose control Don't let go Running in and out of my life Has got me so confused You gotta make the sacrifice Somebody's gotta choose We can make it if we try For the sake of you and mine Together we can make it right What's it gonna be? Cause I can't stand it Don't you want to be more than friends? Don't be tired and don't let go Have the right to lose control Don't let go Have the right to lose control Yeah, yeah, yeah Don't let go Cause I can't stand it Don't you want to be more than friends? Don't be tired and don't let go Have the right to lose control You have the right to lose control Don't let go
