Bone Broth is made by simmering Grass Fed & Organic Bones in water for 24-72 hrs. The cooking process breaks down bones and connective tissues – including proteins, minerals and fat – that heal the body in various ways. When you ingest bone broth, it feeds the body with collagen, which is the building block of cells to bones, ligaments, cartilage and the brain. Gelatin, a form of collagen used in food, is used (among other benefits) to help digestion because the liquid gets absorbed into the body quickly and without much effort. Making bone broth excellent for people with food sensitivities and gastrointestinal disorders because it is usually very safe and tolerable for the body.

You hear about the healing powers and healing the benefits of t How did you go from that to starting t I started cooking it out of my home researc People in my town found out I was making it. Generally people who were looking to heal their guts, w The collagen and the gelatin and the amino acids actually fill in the gaps for a leaky gut or anybody with an autoimmune disorder. So I started out with celiacs and people with Crohn's were saying, hey, I hear you're making it. It takes a long time. Would you make me some? And then people who had a need from the clinic who were going through cancer treatments in my town. One person in particular, they were buying a lot of it. So it kind of got to the point where I was cooking it 24 hours a day for eight weeks straight where I realized, hey, t People are interested in it. So basically the company was born out of a demand. So you were cooking in your house. Did you eventually outgrow that? I did outgrow it and I looked for t A wonderful group of people who teach you how to work in a commercial kitchen. I had no experience outside of my home kitchen. I learned the rules of the kitchen, how to use these triple sinks and how to clean an area, sanitize. And actually I learned the Department of Agriculture rules and how to work with food. So that's basically it. I started cooking out of the incubator kitchen and it's been amazing. So you took it from first step for yourself, for your health benefits, took it to your friends and people who needed it, other people. Then you took a gigantic step to the Cleveland Culinary Launch and Kitchen and now can people find your product in regular stores? Absolutely. And actually we've grown out of the kitchen. We're building our own kitchen that should be done in August. So I'm very thankful for the Cleveland Culinary Launch and Kitchen.
