KC's Buttercream Sweet Shoppe is owned by 10 year old Kaniyah Cary. She started baking when she was 8 years old. Her instructors and mentors are Chefs Dedra Blount and Debra Brabson. She is smart, intelligent and has a God given gift of baking to serve her customers. She loves what she does and her ultimate goal is to make and save money for culinary school upon graduation of high school. She wants to be a Sous and Pastry Chef. All of her baked goods are baked fresh and designed by her with the assistance of her mother.
