What keeps me coming back to Pure Bar now for almost 12 years is that it's effective in sculpting and toning and quite literally carving out different parts of my body that I want to work. But also I'm able to do cardiovascular training here, which wasn't always my favorite way to exercise. But when I'm at Pure Bar, I can incorporate those things together and get a full and complete total body workout, but also feel energized the rest of my day versus feeling exhausted and defeated and since we have four class formats, the ability to cross-train within the studio makes it so that it's never boring. I'm never looking to try a different thing because I figured out what works for me to keep me where I want to be physically and for my fitness goals.
