The kickoff countdown rolls along with two more stops. Tonight we begin in Salina where the Bobcats have a title to defend. The Salina Bobcats did as well as you can possibly do last football season. The Bobcats went 16-0 on the year capturing their ninth state title in school T We got a big target on our back from last year's team and we did so many great t We are really trying to just repeat the success. We know that everybody is coming for us and that'somet Salina always has that target on her back but it's even more now with all the hype and all the stories and everyt So they have to be prepared every week to step up because we are going to be everybody's best game when it comes down to it. Salina competes in a very tough district and an even better region. It's a team that has battled tested constantly. Bobcats bring back an entire lineup of defensive players and their star quarterback, Bo Bentley, as they looked to defend their title. And now that they have climbed the mountain top, they know exactly what they have to do. I mean just seeing that we can do it, we know what it takes and all the extra work everyone pours in, I they all have been there. They know what it takes now. It's always kind of like an easier road because the expectation, They've been in the big games, they've been in the big lights so they don't get any starstruck And so that's one advantage we've got going in.
