What will our shipping cost and shipping time be? ?Shipping for US customers will be $3 per order, or you can get FREE shipping when you order 4 or more sets in the same order. Shipping for other countries will have to be discussed and agreed upon between the consultant and the customer. Pearls are made by an animal and nature, therefore can not be guaranteed. You will get a real genuine pearl. Our jewelry is guaranteed against any defects. You can exchange unworn jewelry within 15 days of purchase. It is required that you send photos of any jewelry defects, and we will approve exchanges on a case by case basis. Any return shipping will be paid by the customer. Terms are subject to change without notice. ? What is the jewelry made of? ?All of our chains and bracelets are 925 sterling silver. We have both sterling silver and silver plated pendants. ? Do the pearls have value? ?Yes. All of our pearls do have a value based on color, size, and other factors. It is not legal for anyone who is not a certified appraiser to give a value for any pearl, gem, or precious stone. Therefore, we will size the pearl for you, but we will not be giving a value for it. You are free to have the value of your pearls appraised by a certified appraiser, and the values will vary widely depending on the appraiser. The value of your pearl is also in the wonderful exciting experience that you have while your oyster is being opened for you and your beautiful one of a kind pearl is revealed, and the meaning that it has to you or your loved ones. ? How do we pay for our orders? ?Orders must be paid for in advance BEFORE your Dolls & Pearls Independent Consultant opens your oysters for you.
