It's a wheat ale fermented with signature house ale yeast. They mix a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt creates a smooth mouthfeel. Pick up some smoked salmon to pair with your next pack to have a next level meal. Dragon's milk is aged in a series of American oak barrels with nuanced flavors of caramel, toffee, and fig. This legendary ale will continue to evolve with each pool from the barrel becoming more complex over time. Griffin Klaus' Mr. Blue Sky Spirit of Detroit is an American pale wheat ale brewed with grapefruit rind and coriander. Try one of our rotisserie chickens with this Motor City drink. Blackrock's classic Pilsner contains only the finest German malt, American hops, and Lake Superior water. This beer is a nod to European tradition. Outsides Mayan mocha stout inspired by Mexican hot chocolate. It is carefully blended with Dutch chocolate coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, and habaneros.
