I'm so excited to share all the details with you because let's be real, I've been obsessing over this place for months now. The designer, Kailia, has a super casual and collected approach to interiors that I just love. She's known for infusing homes with personality and pedigree through color and pattern in a really thoughtful way. One of the things I'most loving about this space is how we've mixed patterns at different scales throughout textiles and wall coverings. One of my favorite details is how Kailia has used tile extensively throughout the three bathrooms. I mean, who doesn't love a good tile bathroom, but what's really interesting is that she's also incorporated paint, fabrics, and wall coverings into all of these rooms. It's And let me tell you, we've definitely taken some risks with color choices here. I mean, who would have thought to pair butter yellow with a vintage toilet? But honestly, it's grown on me so much, there'something so retro chic about it that just feels so me. But the real surprise is how unexpected all of these colors and patterns come together to create this totally unique aesthetic.
