We manufacture everything in the plant here. Everything that'sold in our retail store is made here and it's made fresh. So we don't have a lot of shelf life here. Everything is made seasonally or by the week to week. People are most amazed at the amount of product that gets manufactured in such a small space and the fact that we have no inventory of everything that we make gets shipped the same day. Probably our next to chocolate, bulk chocolate, which we do about 75,000 pounds a year, would be sugar for our popcorn products, for our caramel corn products and we just buy truckloads of sugar. So there are many, many different ingredients that are assembled. All in all, we probably ship out a couple hundred thousand pounds.
