Today, me and my f*** decide to come out to the range, do some plinking, and I figured I'd give I'm an actual owner of t Deadfoot Arms did not send t Nobody gave t I'm not sponsoring anybody. I just bought this shit because I thought it was really, really cool and a very nice alternative to stuff The design of it to me is pretty superb. I didn't see anything else There are some inconsistencies with t We're going to cover those today. We're also going to cover my customer service experience with Deadfoot Arms. From that, you guys can make your own ass It's all up to you. Again, t Other people may have different experiences, different t With that, let's get into the video. The main problems with there's no retention there. When you try to shoot it, fold it, it just flops out on you. Anytime you're moving around with it, collapse, it just flops out on you. The only cool thing about this faulty-ass, loosey-goosey, flopper-ony brace is you can do cool shit I can't do that with a working firearm. I have another Deadfoot Arms Folding Brace on my 300 Blackout. That one does not have t We'll get into what happened when I contacted Deadfoot Arms about the other issue with t On the other side, it's nice and straight to where it'supposed to lock the brace from collapsing back in itself. If you pull t When you're shooting that recoil and the pressing into your shoulder slowly overcomes t Huge defect, huge flaw, love the design, but that's trash. You could only use t I'm not going to use it or need the other extended positions. Eyes and ears. All right, so I'll show So there it is. Dead foot arms. So again, t It should have been caught. I shouldn't do that, right? And t I don'the law of tactical folder or any other folder out there, you can't shoot the gun. So they would work out the kinks where this thing doesn't collapse on itself and the folder mechanism isn't all floppy, loosey-goosey It would be fantastic. Also, if they had good customer service, it would also be fantastic. But we'll get into that in a second. So everybody had to properly use a pistol brace for the uninformed public. You got to do that. You need that. And the good t It's not that noticeable. No. It's good in the video and I'll throw it to you. Probably not. Not many years. It's really hard. That's not smart. What? All right. So just to show you guys the difference of what the retention of the brace should look at t And Dead Foot Arms fix for that's what we would do. All right. So let's talk about customer service and how Dead Foot Arms decided to handle the first two emails from Nicole from Dead Foot Arms started off pretty standard. I reached out Here's a send it back to us. And here for your viewing pleasure is the video I sent to the lovely Nicole at Dead Foot Arms showcasing my issue. This one does not have It's just really loosey-goosey. Whereas the other AR-9, I'm sorry, the AR-15 has retention. This locks in place very well and it doesn't flop around So just wondering if there's a fix for that. Moving on. The next two emails you see on screen is me sending in the brace. Dead Foot Arms telling me that they fixed it, me getting the brace back, reinstalling it, and then telling Dead Foot Arms, hey, the solution to the brace still not working was, hey, add more Loctite because that's what we would do. Moving on. The next two emails show my skepticism about the Loctite theory. I'm not an engineer or a learned Scientologist, but I do have a little bit of common sense and I can clearly see that my brace just had a little too much space and not enough tight fitment per se to allow for the brace to work correctly. And I just didn't see Green Loctite as being the solution, especially since my other Dead Foot Arms brace was not globbled in Green Loctite and worked perfectly fine. But I decided to give it a try. Dead Foot Arms sent out the Green Loctite and I put it on. And before we continue to move to t I'm doing air quotes here, you can't see it. This is the AR9 folding brace that I just got back from It'still pretty loose, so it's just embarrassing. It'super floppy. It does pull a little better upside down, but any kind of movement, rust here on it, and it just flops around again. So there's absolutely zero attention on t Well, to my absolute surprise, the Green Loctite did not work. So I decided to send the brace back to Dead Foot Arms again to have it fixed. As you can see in the two emails on screen, when I asked Nicole to provide another s I attempted to explain to Nicole that the burden of t If I pay, and when I say pay good money, these products are not cheap, but when I pay for a product and it comes to me faulty, that burden should fall on the manufacturer. I would have much rather just bought a product and it worked. Not have to play t Not only that, I don't Call me crazy, but I just don't Well again to my amazement, Nicole and Dead Foot Arms apparently disagreed with my premise that I should not be liable for products that they sent to me broken and inoperable. In the emails on screen, you can see I even mentioned that the charging handle that they sent me, w I should also not be liable for s Yes, that is a secondary company that they sell on their website, but if they're selling me a product, then they should be the ones liable for that product working. If I buy a product from their website and said product does not work, you don'tell me to go pound sand and go contact the company that made the product. It says if me buying somet Okay, enough of my ranting and opinionated thoughts. At t So deciding to end this endless loop of magical green lath tide and these nonsensical emails with Nicole from Dead Foot Arms, I decided, So as you see on screen, here are those emails. So let's And again, I want to caveat t It's not the experience. Probably majority of all the Dead Foot Arms products out there are probably good and they work. I have one still on my gun and then sent it back because it worked. I just didn't want to go through the trouble of disassembling it, even though I really have a bad taste of my mouth about t It's very clear that Dead Foot Arms has a unique product on the market. There's really nothing else And there are two options here. Option one, Nicole is just off her meds and she's just doing t Or option two, t So it's kind of hard to compile all the stuff, edit it and get it out. But here it is, all the emails, all the opinions, all the facts, you make the decision for yourself if t Again, great product, s Hopefully if you do business with them, do. I know it gets me. If you do business with them, you do not experience what I experienced. And maybe somebody at Dead Foot Arms or Nicole will get back on her meds and she will see t Me personally, will never buy from that company again, even though they got some really cool stuff. T It's just completely unacceptable. So there it is ladies and gentlemen, Dead Foot Arms from a real owner review. Not somebody who's getting paid to review these t Not somebody at a gun show where everyt T So make your own decisions. Have a great night, day, afternoon, whatever it is going on wherever you're at. See Bye.

Fan Set Rehearsals Breaku8fd9u6837 The Voilu00e0 The Viper Ted with Dead for Arms, today we're talking MCS, Dead for Arms MCS or Modified Cycle System installation videos. There's a common theme that you see here because the Modified Cycle System, the bufferless dual recoil spring technology is the same throughout any one of the systems. Today what changes is either is it a shortened BCG and our 2. 5 versions are folders or is it a full size BCG and the 4 inch pistol kit, the SCW 4s w 9, those variants. The collar that attaches around our shortened buffer tubes, our short receiver extensions is really what the difference is. So any one of these videos will kind of show you the similarity with them but we're going to go ahead and go through all of them. So what I have here is for more or less just a complete receiver set. I have the lower receiver, I've already removed the buffer tube brace that was on here as well as the take down or the buffer retaining pin and spring. We don't use that in the system, make sure you take that out. I do am going to be very conscious of my take down pin detents, we don't lose those, they It's a great meme going around with NASA tracking the detents around the world that have flown out of receivers at 10,000 feet per second. First pistol kit end plate. Little bit difference between a standard receiver extension end plate and ours is we don't have the anti-rotational pin in here, it's a straight through hole. We do have anti-rotational embossment on it that marries up to your lower receiver to keep it in line. So what I just put the end plate on with the anti-rotation embossment down and just set it on the lower receiver and you're either going to grab your 4 inch buffer tube or the 2. 5. We're going to go ahead and just get it started and thread it on w Once I get it started I'm going to go ahead and bring it around and align it over the spring so I can kind of put everyt And I'm going to rotate, thread the buffer tube in the rest of the way and get it tight by hand. Once we're good there, we don't have to worry about losing anyt The second that you'll need for any one of these installations is your trusty buttstock wrench to go ahead and tighten it down. Our buffer tubes have the cuts so you can go ahead and tighten that up. Once it's to t Once it's on there we're going to install the springs. For those familiar, the dual recoil springs has a wider plunger spring and plunger. Those go into the short buffer tube and the receiver first and then the recoil spring follows. T Here is the spring setup. You'll see for pistol caliber, 9mm. So the addition with the springs are different to show different tensions and colors to help you with the install. The 9mm also has a stainless steel spring cap that rides up against the BCG during installation. T If you're running something But direct blowback, that's the system that runs. So we're going to go ahead and install t We take our end cap guide rod assembly, align it through the springs into the short buffer tube. Just thread it one or two threads in and we're going to go ahead and check to make sure everyt Do t It goes all the way back. You can lock it to the rear. Once you're there, go ahead and thread it, thread the way in, twist it tight and you're good to go. One more check, installed. The 2. 5 Deadfoot Arms pistol kit. Next we're going to j If you have the tail hook pistol brace version, the stock version, rifle cal, 9mm, 2. 5 or 4 inch, it doesn't matter. Essentially installation is all the same. The collar, the part that marries up to the lower receiver held in place by one of the two short buffer tubes is the same. So installation is the same. T 5 and a tail hook pistol brace. Fully ATF compliant. So I Take my lower receiver, keep it vertical. I At 2. 5 or 4, it's identical. And I bring t We'll go into the back of the lower receiver. Without bending the spring, line it. Once I have it clamped down, I go ahead and tighten it the rest of the way by hand so then I know I'm good. Once again, our systems do not use the buffer retaining pin or spring. So we always take that out. We don't put that back in when you're attac Grab your buttstock wrench and go ahead and crank it down tight. From here, we can go ahead and marry the upper receiver up to the lower receiver. Attach the two pins and then we're going to go ahead and install the spring. So for the 2. 5, I With the SCW-4, you'll take it all the way down to the 2. 5 length. With the four sticking up past, it makes it nice and easy for dropping the springs in the back. But I'll show you t Once again, we've got our plunger spring and plunger going in first. I'm going to go ahead and put the recoil spring in, as well as the end cap guide rod assembly. I'm going to bring it down and with one hand, I use like my th I just get it one or two threads in and I go ahead and double check to make sure we have full charge. If we have any issues, I'm going to go ahead and take it out. Nice and easy. I'm just going to go ahead and realign my plunger and plunger spring, recoil, make sure it's going in correctly, keeping everything vertical, th We just get one or two threads in, just so we know it's not going to come back, and then we just double check it to make sure it goes all the way back. If you can lock it to the rear, Get it set there, thread the end cap the rest of the way, give it a good squeeze, and you'ready to go. We have completed installation for the SCW, t 5 tail hook pistol brace. All right, before we j I want to talk a little bit about end caps because there are two different variants. Pistol kit and SCW variants, flat on the backside, has a good look to it. Folder end cap variants have the cut out for the locking mechanism. I just there is the ability to switch between, I have a pistol kit, I want to upgrade to an SCW kit, or I want to upgrade to a right or left side folder. The big the standard folding end cap will work with the SCW as well as the pistol kit. It just doesn't have as clean of a look. So, first we're going to start with the right folder. You see here t Slick cuts, better retention, lighter weights, 1. 3 ounces, still has a ton of the great features. It's also tightened up when it folds to the side of the firearm. It's 3. 7 inches closer, brought it in. Kind of refined everyt Just a great looking piece. I'm partial obviously, but first t Once again, we're going to take the lower receiver, put it vertical. I'm going to rest. T Once I get it and I know it's threaded in, I'm going to come over, bring the folding arm out, bring it a line, line up that spring so we don't bend it, feed it in, get the embossment in, hold it tight up against there, just finish hand turning your buffer tube. Once again, no buffer retaining pin spring in there. Just fold it to the side out of the way. What's that crunch on? Crank it down tight. Once we're here, we can attach our upper receiver, lower receiver. Sometimes it's easier to move the pin out of the way, but you still have access to everyt At t Make sure everyt Just want to thread it, one or two threads in to double check alignment before we do it. Once again, as long as you can get locked back, When we get locked back, what we're doing there is we're making sure that the plunger is seated inside the bolt carrier group. Then From here, you can attach any pistol brace for threaded the same as the back of a lower receiver, on 316s by 16. Here we're going to show attac Thread on just You do need a castle nut on to go ahead and tighten it up. Then once you have your alignment correct, you can go ahead and take your butt stock wrench and crank it down. Everyt Right folding adapter from Dead for Arms with the Modified Cycle System, G-Rex pistol brace, tail hook Mod 1. That concludes the installation videos for all MCS variants. A little bit of difference between each but all can work together because essentially the internals, the Modified Cycle System is what makes t More information, any questions you have, more videos can be found at DeadfootArms. com.

Today we're taking a look at a very niche product a very interesting product from Deadfoot Arms. T Well it's a telescoping stock and comes in at about $600. But before we get into that if you want to help me out personally you can of course On top of that go ahead and comment literally anyt Now there's also a subscribe star w Now full disclosure on the Deadfoot Arms SCW two and a half inch version is that I have no relations I did not pay for t He actually sent me some stuff to do some repair work on and he also sent me some stuff to review so t I didn't pay for it however I have no relations They have several different versions of the stock. They have a four inch version. They have a nine millimeter version. They have stock versions as well as braced versions. Now as you see it here on t Really the sweet spot is going to be anyt That's really going to be the sweet spot for a very compact package. Now you can get a very compact package while doing a folding stock of course but then you get sure it is short but it is also in that case very fat so if you're actually looking to get something inside the bag for again any sort of bagged application you might actually want something that is super slim You would have a very baggable package again on a full length rifle a 16 inch or 14 five pin and well doesn't really make a lot of sense but again if you have t Now another advantage of this because this is a modified cycle system over Now before we get into the changes to the operating system itself we will of course go ahead and go over what the stock is so to get it engaged all you need to do is pull very hard straight to the rear and it will automatically come out. Now once it's out it is locked in position and it does have I want to say four or five different notches cut into the left steel rod so that it will lock in place at different places so of course if you don't want it all the way out you don't have to however the length of pull is not that long so even for me who's not particularly tall I Now other than the steel guide rods I believe everything else is al You have an al Now on the end plate itself it does give you two QD points that are anti-rotation w Now as far as materials and construction goes everyt Now getting into the most annoying t Now these two t Now the BCG itself t
