My story starts in the early 2000s when I was first introduced to Scentsy at a party. I loved it from the moment I tried it and I was a loyal customer and hosted great parties for my consultant. I had always thought about joining but at that point in my life, I wasn’t ready to join. Fast forward to 2013: I got married and had an amazing 6 year old enter my life along with my first baby girl who changed my world. I went back to work but my income was just paying for the gas in my car and daycare. Working hours that just didn’t work for our family, I introduced my husband to Scentsy and he saw my love of the product line. Again I was having successful parties so I took the leap of faith and signed up in March 2014! It was the best decision I made and I wish I had joined sooner. I ended up leaving my job and was able to stay at home while I worked on building my business. My husband still works and we use my Scentsy money for fun or to save for things we want to do as a family. I am able to have my own schedule and I never miss a thing in my daughters’ lives. I am able to pick up the oldest every Friday from school and we can spend time enjoying each other’s company. Now, I can truly say that I personally have fallen more in love with the products and the company. I have made some amazing friendships along the way that I would have never made without Scentsy. A stay-at-home mom doesn’t always have the opportunity to meet other adults but the “Scentsy Family” has become part of my family. I have been able to travel with Scentsy and meet more new friends. I would have never met some of these amazing people if not for Scentsy. I have also won some sales awards, which I am still in shock over. I could have quit when I kept hearing that “you will never make anything” and “it’s not a real job.” Well I have to say I am making more money and I now have my own amazing team! I love being a sponsor and helping my team as well as others succeeds within their own business. I love what my team has taught me and the support we give each other.
