Home price is a Mueller range from $400K to over $1 million, with options from sweet condos and townhomes to modern single family homes. And bonus, almost every new build is energy efficient, so your electric bills won't make you cry in the so we are here in Mueller and we're driving through all of the single family homes and townhomes so that you can see how beautiful it is here. We're going down Berkman Drive, that's the main street, through Mueller. As of December 2024, the median home price in Mueller was $759,000. That's down nearly 7% from a year before. If you've been considering Mueller, buyers have a lot more leverage now. Mueller isn't just about cool homes and great restaurants. It's also got some of the best green spaces in Austin.
