Build-a-Sign is a company, I think, that kind of exemplifies Austin in the sense that it'super open, really diverse and just a wonderful place to work. One of the things that appeals to me about the Build-a-Sign culture is that being a part of the community and being engaged with the community is such an important part of the company. I think that why that's important is as a bootstrapped company, we recognize that the communities that we serve and provide their products to support them. And so we understand that if you are going to have communities that continue to support you, you also have to return that favor and support those communities. Everyone definitely has their own identity here and everyone gets listened to. It's nice to see that a company has responded to Build-a-Sign, to what its employees say, because we're out there, we're out there 12 hours a day and we're working and they care about our input. We have a huge variety of types of customers and folks that come to us and reach out to try to find ways to get what they're trying to get across and come out in some kind of printed way from canvases, artwork on the walls, to wedding scenes, to graduations, to the deployed troops overseas, homes for sale, construction, anything and everything. The most exciting thing for me is the people that we work with. Again, very talented folks that come from all kinds of different backgrounds and working with those folks and coming up with solutions to some of the biggest challenges that face us is what I find most exciting on a day-to-day basis. It's a very unique experience. We actually look for employees that have no experience in signs, because we do this so much differently than every other company out there. So you come in with an open mind and take in, there's going to be a lot of information at first, and you're going to have fun at it, so just do the best that you can and you will move up. You really will get ingrained in the culture and our products. The idea that our site is based around custom creativity, make your own product. It's kind of Be creative, make your own job, what you want it to be. I think that if you're looking for a place to grow as an individual and grow your career path and decide what you want to be doing and see what you love the most, I think it's a great place to explore your opportunities and kind of find your fit. The people who want to be here have been uniquely inside of them. We hire for values, we hire for culture. We want people who want to be a part of a fast-growing, exciting enterprise.
