I'm carrying a variety of olive oils and balsamics. We have over 30 flavors of olive oils anywhere from rice with garlic, perinbellos, black truffles, white truffle, cute hot and spicy. The beauty of the olive oils and the flavored olive oils, if you haven't ever cooked with flavored olives before, is they add a nice finishing touch to a meal. They eliminate a lot of salty seasonings. Our balsamic vinegars, we have over 30 different flavors of balsamic vinegars. All of our balsamic vinegars are all imported in from Modena. What you'll find with our balsamic vinegars is that they are much thicker than what you buy in the traditional grocery store. And sweeter. And much sweeter.
