I am here to present Upcoming we have our headhunter Old Vine Carion. It's from Minasino, California and it is 2014. Just diving right in. On the nose this wine is really nice. It's got really nice dark chocolate, warm cherry, a little bit of smoke to it. Just a hint kind of dives you in or pulls you in on the palate. Let'see. The thing that I really love about this wine is its complex fruity flavors. It's got super warm spices, really nice bright acidity. Really pairs well with our bacon truffle, sun dried tomato, mac and cheese. By the glass this wine is super reasonable at $10. For the bottle it's $38 to dine indoors, to dine here. With 30% off it is out the door $26. 60. Something really fun, fun fact about this particular wine and the winemakers is that they're actually Virginia natives. Now making wine in California. Their whole philosophy on wine is to have low intervention and very little oak usage. It'so hot in California as is so they really like to keep the oxidation that happens during fermentation and the winemaking to a minim So you get just a really beautiful expression of an Old Vine Carion. Today I'm going to talk to you about one of our wines on our Tasten Place. This one is from Cass Vineyard and Winery. It is their White Wine Blend. It is from Paso Robles. It's California obviously, 2019. This is a really lovely blend. It's going to have a lot of tropical notes to it. It's a little bit of floral so there's a lot of honey and Super refreshing and really nice to drink for a nice It's very food friendly, good with some seafood or even just a nice sandwich. It is $40 by the bottle but if you decide to take it home because you love it so much you get 30% off and that is going to be $28 total. Ready? Alright. Next one I'm going to talk to you about is our Union Sacre Clandestine. It's a cab frunk. It is out of the Central Coast, California, 2018 as well. This one is really lovely. It's got nice juicy red fruits. Think raspberry, dark cherry, things There's a little bit of pepper to it which is always nice. It helps balance out that Nice tinned structure as well, just a beautiful color. It's $62 by the bottle and with 30% off it comes out to be $43. 40. It's lovely. Cesar here from Sonoma Cellar. On this month tasting place we are adding the specialist wine, the Lodai Sinfandel. On this 2018 vintage you're going to find some ripe cherries, some warm cinnamon, bold blackberry. It's fruity but it's also spiced so it's balanced. You're going to have a lingering finish to it. It drinks smoothly and it goes well with our Carnaz al Atacos. It sells for $48 a bottle. And I hope you enjoy it in place. We are adding the new Races Vineyards Occam's Racer. It's a 2018. It's a blend of Cira, capsa, burlou, capfranc, temponeo and petit burlot. On this guy, this bold guy, you're going to find a bouquet of blackberry, cassis, noons of spices, leather, vanilla. It drinks extremely well with our Chorripe and Polenta dish.
