Okay, we got out the meat slicer One piece of meat. It's got a little fat on it. We're gonna trim that off Fattened the silver skin and been removed and we're gonna slice it up Because it's about three and a half and the meat ready to got that first piece of meat sliced up on to the next piece Okay, now we're gonna trim the fat off of t I might have to cut it in half Okay, all the slicing is done had a bunch of waste because of what pieces were kind of fatty And they're clean this apparatus, but right now we're going to tenderize it using this apparatus We're gonna run all that meat through this contraction here and tenderize it a little bit before we Put it to bed overnight Seasoning on it Yeah Yep Thoroughly mixed up that's actually pretty good seasoning right there I'm gonna cover this with cellophane put in the refrigerator overnight and then tomorrow we'll put it in the dryer That's covered ready to go in the refrigerator See you tomorrow Meat is soaked overnight prepares my screens And sprayed them with Pam and now we're just gonna layer all of this meat onto the various Grids the meat's been Marinating overnight We're putting it on the screens and getting ready for the dehydrator And I go in just We're letting it cool and Bagging it up for that little snack bags It won't last long You'll be around a couple of weeks and that's gone Okay, there it is. We made 23 snack bags full of beef jerky the end
