Pickleman's

My name is Brittany Wills and I'm from Col I'm Paul Tuttle and I'm from Kansas City. My name is Alan Wills and I'm from a small town in central Missouri. My name is Alex Harrington. I live in Nizide in Omaha, Nebraska. We opened our first franchise location in 2009 and so almost 15 years. Were looking for something that was simple and easy to duplicate. It was a product that we really believed in. I had asked friends and different people I knew what they thought about Pickleman's and they all really, really It's just a great brand overall. It's got fantastic food. We have enthusiastic fanatical customers that love our food and love us. It makes it so fun to work at a company. What sets Pickleman's apart from other franchise opportunities first would be the product. I think it's a great product. It's well-rounded. It doesn't change much. We make our cookies from scratch. We make our dressings from scratch. Quality of the ingredients we use and just the flavor and deliciousness of our food. It's just wonderful. We want it to be something we could duplicate. We wanted it to be something that we would have individual partners with in each location that treated their store The relationships that the corporate team tries to work with you, they really want to see you succeed and see you grow and they really go above and beyond to help you. What I find to be the most rewarding in being a franchise owner would be putting teams of people together and really seeing them grow within this process. Really working with the people at Pickleman's Franchising and also all the employees and team members that I get to have on a daily basis. Seeing different types of team members mature as it's their first job, that's what I find most rewarding. The support that Pickleman's Franchising provides the franchise owners, cliche to say, but it's You can give them a call or text message anytime. It's really relationship based. I've been a Pickleman's Franchise owner since 2011. I feel Our newest store opening, we planned for it to be busy. We had to call in extra support from our management team and Pickleman's Franchising did the same thing. They were able to send extra people to help us and that's really important to have that shoulder to shoulder work ethic alongside of each other. We are currently planning on opening five locations in roughly the next 24 months. As we believe in the concept, it'simple. With our nine stores already, we want to have stores in areas that have support systems around them and allow our team to have growth within the system that we're building as well. I want to open more Pickleman's locations because the business model, the relationships that I have and the success I've had so far.
