Please take a look at our website for further information about our store. We look forward to seeing you at Sonoma's Best!
My name is Casey Castanera and I'm going to show Darling, Peter Noir 2021, this is the Tarnstone Vineyard. Low intervention, low sulfides added to this. Kind of It's When you have low alcohol in a wine, usually that means that it's going to have kind of less body in it. It will not be robust. It won't be large. It's not going to be kind of particularly spicy. However, Darling, I think does a really fantastic job of adding structure and adding nuance and not making it drink Low alcohol is something that I think is oftentimes misunderstood in wine and usually can end up being a turnoff for some people because it takes a masterful hand in order to do it really, truly properly. And I think Tom Darling is kind of exhibiting a master class and how to do it with this wine.
