We serve cold subs, hot subs, pastas and soups which a lot of people aren't aware of. We also have salads, desserts. We do a lot of catering. We do also deliveries. By far our n That's roast beef turkey ham, your choice of a cheese. Second to that in the cold line would probably be the original. And that's a four meat sub. It has beef bologna, ham, salami and pepperoni and your choice of a cheese. But we also have toasted subs. I would say Chicken Bacon Ranch is probably the most popular in that line. But my favorite is the Chipotle Cheese Stake Beef. We have chicken and beef but I prefer the beef. We're pretty open to having it however you want it. When you order your sandwich it comes with meat and cheese, whatever it is. And you can add any toppings you want. As far as the vegetables go, you can have as many or as little as you want. Fresh, fresh, fresh is our main concept. We bake bread all day long so it's very fresh, it's very soft and it's all about the bread. Pastas, we have a red sauce and a white sauce. My favorite is the white sauce. It's very creamy and cheesy. A lot of kids enjoy it. Little kids, they come in and get, we have a kids menu with the pasta and or a sub-sac, their choice. You can get meatballs and spaghetti, you can get chicken alfredo, chicken parm, just plain pasta. You can compliment a sub with a side order of pasta. Very good pasta. You should try it. As an added value, the daily specials make your meal that much better. Every day of the week we have a daily special. Our daily specials are all either 8 inch or our whole sub which is 16 inch. And that special is on Sunday. Today is Tuesday actually so it's cookie day. You get cookie for half price. Catering is big especially for It's popular with the schools. We do a lot of box lunches. We have party trays which are large and small. We have pasta pans. We have salads, big catering salads. And we will deliver it which is kind of nice too. My husband and I opened this location in December of 2007. We live in O'Fallon. We lived in O'Fallon for many years so we decided that we wanted to do a local business in O'Fallon, Missouri. And we looked and researched a lot of different companies. We looked at just different food concepts. That's our background. We come from a food background.
