So Alfredo, tell us a little bit about yourself and how you became so successful in the business. Hi, my name is Alfredo Garcia. I'm the Director of Operations for Portisubs for our franchise which is the Enterprise LLC. I started with this company. I've been with them for over five years. When I started with this company, we only had one location that was on Green Valley Warms Springs. Throughout the years we expanded with our second store which is on the part of the strip which is on Colva Flamingo and then we started with our third store which is here where we're at on the Valverde 215. And then, before we knew we had a pandemic, were getting ready to open up our fourth store which is actually open during the pandemic which is on Silver Auto Ranch in Maryland. So we have four locations under us and we're going to continue to expand throughout the years that we go. Great. Tell us about Portisubs and what makes you different than other sandwiches. What makes us different from other sandwiches is that we have been in the company for over 50 years. It started off family operated and we also do fresh veggies, fresh meats, fresh cheeses. We bake our bread every day fresh. Nothing's frozen, nothing comes in, already not cooked. And then we also have our San Cermayo mustard sauce that everyone loves to get on the sandwiches. Love that stuff. What's your best selling sandwich and why? Our best selling sandwich is our n All the meats and the cheese, it makes it really good. But we also have our roast beef sandwich that everyone I know that n With people starting to have get-togethers and parties again, tell us a little bit about your catering. So with our catering, we have our catering menus. We do anything from fruit to meat and cheeses to salads. We have everything on here that we carry. We also do take protocol, do the COVID-19. We will spread, wrap everything and make sure everything's all safe, Follow all the PPEs and everything guidelines. Great. Great food and prepared safely.
