Charleys Philly Steaks

Today I'm going to try this Charlie's Philly Steaks Philly Steak place. We're in the mall actually and so I'm going to run over there and order something. I don't know what I'm going to get yet but we'll find out when I get it. So this is the Philly Cheese Steak and the fries are under here and I did sprinkle some seasoning salt on there but not a lot. I just put a little bit on there. So there's the fries, there's the sandwich, I'll get turned around and tell you prices and all that good stuff but it looks pretty good. So the Philly Cheese Steak was $5. 70 and then you add the combo and it's $4. 48. So $4. 48 for a regular size I don'think the combo is worth the $4 but So my total was $10. 18 plus tax and all that good stuff. So $10. 18 that's how much the meal actually costs for the drink and the fries. So I'm going to try the fries first. Very fresh fries, they're almost Not bad. They're very potato-y. If you're average fries, they didn't put any salt or anything on them so the seasoning salt I put on there was the only seasoning on there. It's just your basic front fry. So nothing special there. They're good, they're just not boy away good. Cheese steak is kind of all the end over here. Okay so I got just the onions, mushrooms, the cheese and the steak of course and then I got tomato, pickle and lettuce and looks I think I have the best way to attack this right here. Goes that strange but I The pickle has got a really good strong pickle flavor. I get the sauteed onions. I get a little bit of a meaty kind of meat flavor of the cheese steak but make it a bite right here. It's got more of that the actual steak. Much better. The bun itself is very soft so when you bite into it kind of wants to push everything off but you can see I mean you don't get tons but you do get enough to fill you up. This is just they're small so it's They have original and they have a large as well so if you want a bigger you definitely get a bigger sandwich than what I got. For lunch for me this is plenty. I think it's good. I When you get just the meat part of the sandwich it's really got a good onion and meat flavor that steak flavor. When you get the other side you get more of the tomato and pickle flavor. It'd be nice if the pickle was I don't know what could have been done different but it's good. I could see that bun, that huggy bun getting really wet and mushy if you let sit for a while so it's definitely not something you want to let set. I think it's good. I'm going to give it a little bit. I don't know for a filly cheese steak it's pretty good especially for mall food. The fries kind of disappoint me a little bit. They don't have a lot more flavor. They're just potato-y fries but you can sprinkle your own salt, pepper and seasoning salt. They do give you seasoning salt so that's good. I'm going to give the whole thing, I don't know, it's a four and a half for me. I really do It's a little expensive that's the only bad thing but beyond that I think it's pretty good.
