I'm Tara Mullins, Co-Smay, co-owner of Community Grounds here on the South Side of Col Joel has an interest in coffee. I had the interest in a community space. 2019 is when we opened our brick and mortar. As were going through the process of seeking lenders, tell Ohio in terms of finding someone who believed in us was it. One of the challenges we had with other lenders was they would look in the neighborhood and have a perspective of it that would be negative. Ohio, We had conversations, were believed when we answered questions, we believed that were prepared and that were ready and that we knew it would work here. It was always great to have somebody who was just understanding of our dream. The representatives from Tell Ohio knew we would make it happen. They knew that they could trust us and they were willing to drive it home.
