One side of that sweet wheat bread gets a little mayo, the other gets cream cheese, a healthy amount of sunflower seeds, a pile of turkey breast, tomatoes, sprouts, and lettuce. That is the California delight. The left-coast pastrami starts with sizzling pastrami, grilled onions, tangy banana peppers, a few slices of Swiss cheese, and placed on a toasted baguette with Dijon mustard. Seriously, I can't ever decide which one's my favorite whenever I come to Bordenbrue, but their turcato is exceptional too, especially with their famous sweet secret sauce all poured over it, and their spicy roast beef with the ajou dip should not be missed either. Or you could just have a salad if you want, get that chopped salad. That's my favorite. Bordenbrue is all over SoCal and San Diego. I'm here at their first of two and growing LA County locations in Torrance.
