I'm Alan Wadley. I've been practicing the Feldenkrais method for over 20 years. I'm a Guild-certified Feldenkrais practitioner. And you've landed on my page, How We Can Work Together. And there are some very fun ways that we can work together. One of them is private lessons. It's where I guide you with my voice. I use language, very precise language, to guide you through a series of movements combined with awareness. And so t And when you do, you really own it. You really start to feel yourself, to sense yourself, and to make decisions about the quality of your movement. You actually start to learn about how you're doing t I also offer online courses. These are courses that I've crafted and I'm continuing to craft. These are collections of lessons with some lecture. You can go through at your own pace as many times as you can set up an account on my website and get into these lessons. It's a lot of fun to do the coursework. Another option is workshops. I teach them myself and with Donna Ray. And we try to get one of these workshops out once a quarter. They're a lot of fun. It's a lot of fun to do somet Again, it's all online.
