We have a variety of platters ranging from sandwiches to desserts. We also offer boxed lunches! It is an entire lunch that includes: 1 delicious sandwich, deli salad or chips, a cookie and a drink; and best of all, it is individually “boxed” for your convenience. Ordering is easy. Simply fax in an order form or call the day of delivery (at least 2 hours in advance) and let us do the work. We will deliver (depending on the size of your order) the product to you on time and fresh! We will also provide all utensils and paper products with your order. Here's how you can ensure it'served at its best in three easy steps. Step 1. Remove the ham from the fridge and let it sit for 30 minutes. Sure, you can warm it up, but trust us, room temperature is the way to go. If warming is desired, you can put foil-wrapped slices in the oven. A skillet or microwave will work too. No foil there, of course. Step 2. Your ham is fully cooked, pre-sliced, and ready to devour. Simply use a sharp knife to cut around the bone and the three natural lines.
