With flavors You may be wondering, where in the world owners, Jan and Helen, came up with these ideas? We don't make flavors of ice cream that are different just for the sake of being different. We are definitely here to make it tasty. We're ingredient driven and beyond ingredient driven, it's taste driven too. So flavors really matter and to get the best flavors, you have to use the best ingredients. We Jan and Helen are definitely risk takers. They became friends while working in New York's banking district. After witnessing 9-11, they said it was time to pursue their true passion. So they invested their taste in business in some frozen assets. People don'think of us this way, but we are happening foodie town. We're definitely up and coming. And as an entrepreneur, you want to be there on the ground floor when everything's getting built up. You can go into a mature, developed market or you can go into some place exciting and growing where new things are happening all the time.
