If anything happens, this is where you come. The Certified Collision Business is a huge part of our platform going forward. So were discussing what's the best place to house the Collision Center. Well we gave the Collision Center the most prominent piece of property we have in all of our organization. We gave them the corner of 41st and Memorial. This used to be the used car building for the Cadillac dealership. Now it is the front office of Don Thornton Certified Collision. Over the years the Collision Center has grown dramatically and we really didn't have a good spot for it until we remodeled the Cadillac dealership last year. Were able to consolidate our sales force for Cadillac in the one building and that left us the opportunity to let the Collision Center expand a little bit and have a much nicer professional area to greet and deliver customers. With this facility it shows that the owners have decided to put the Collision Center to the front which is kind of rare in this business. We can have more offices so we can give our attention to our guests completely. We can have more space, we're able to give them snacks, beverages and give them the full attention and the full treatment of what we want our guests to feel. This is a big important part of our business going forward.
