Helping them with their big day banners, just a lot of that wedding kind of stuff that we never really did before. We had a bride come in a couple years ago and my adding printing. We've done a lot of different things and we've had a really good response with it. Nice. And I would imagine during the times of COVID event. We did have to board up for a little while there and we wanted to make sure that people knew that were open so we put a big blue sign up. Creation, a new baby, or just a nice way to let somebody know that you're thinking about them. The Rexford app is a simple way to stay connected with family and friends. And you won't need a drawer full of cards to leave that people should know how to do their job. And if they do need help, they ask and I'more than willing to help. But mainly you need to just train them and then let them go and do their job lunch because she, I do get a lot of, which I really enjoy being part of. We have one daughter who just moved back from Duluth to go to college. So I've got a 30 year old now living in my house and I love having her. It's kind of My husband works for Honeywell. He's an IT specialist and is more than willing to let me run the business while he works at his job that he really enjoys. It's been a good ride. Let me put it that way. I really enjoy being in St. Paul. The people are great. I love the small time, small time feel, but yet being in a big city, it's just kind of a nice place to be. Oh, nice. Now, tell me what are your popular services you provide or maybe services that you think our industry would be the most interested in? Well, one of the things we started doing in the last couple of years is a lot of wedding invitations. That's a lot of that wedding kind of stuff that we never really did before. We had a bride come in a couple of years ago and my manager, Andy, who's a great designer as well as a printer, started talking with her. The next thing we knew were doing all of her wedding stuff for, the brochures, the made of honor and grooms speeches, the little table tents for people's names on where they sit, just really a lot of different things. What happened was she told her friends and then they told their friends and now we've really got quite a following for our wedding printing. We've done a lot of different things and we've had a really good response with it. Nice. And I would imagine, I figured out that if you set your team for success by training them well, they will rise to the occasion and be more satisfied with their jobs. And it doesn't hurt to buy them lunch quite often or breaks. And so what I do is I buy a lot of food for them. It just makes them feel good. They know that they're appreciated and I think that's really a key with employees, especially now. Everyone wants to feel appreciated and needed and I have pictures to prove it. Yeah. Oh, and so is there one thing you cannot live without? My family, I guess I, Food and lunch. So what is your favorite food? Well, if I have my way at seafood, I love seafood and you can give me a nice flame and yeah.
