Morton Rentals

At my previous job, it was a kind of a big corporation. It was one of those places where they said that you were a family, but you were just a n My previous job, just drove forklifts, moved pallets around. It was an easy job, that's for sure. But it was just a job. Mainly I just kind of drove around a truck and was on a route all day. The reason why it didn't really fit me very well is because I just didn't really feel I was looking for somewhere that would be fun to work, somewhere that didn't really feel What I was looking for in a job was to act Working here really, it just fit all the criteria that I wanted to have a job that you're going to be at every day. I laugh 90% of the day. They've done a really good job of working with my schedule and also I have a young daughter and they allow me to leave here to go grab her from school and I think that they work really well with my chaos. It's fun, it's a family. They helped me move one time. They brought one of our marked trailers, came to my house and helped me move my stuff. We're just all there for each other and it's just a, I keep saying this, but it's just a big family. What our goal as a company for our team members would be that we can experience the best parts of their life with them. It might be buying their first car, it might be getting married or buying their first house and creating an environment that allows them to do the things that are most important to them and that shouldn't be work, but we want to be a part of it too. Some of my favorite things about Pury Rentals is just the nature of the job itself. At Pury Rentals you're allowed to have more fun. There are bigger events, but a little bit more involvement than you would in previous jobs. I get more out of it than I normally would. To work here, you don't have to know everything about events. You don't have to know everything about tools. You don't have to be extremely passionate about one or the other. We can pretty much teach anything that we do here. To work at Pury Rentals I think the two main things I would say it takes is just a willingness to learn and then just a work ethic. Everything else just comes as it goes. I mean, if you don't figure something out, we kind of explain it, kind of go over and show you how it's done So I mean, you get all that building as you go. One of the most important things is having a good attitude and being teachable, wanting to work hard in a team atmosphere and be ready to learn the most important things. The great thing about when we hire here is that we don't hire for a certain skill. I mean, we can teach you what the things that we would What I would say to someone who is applying here is just come in and just experience what we're all about and just see if it's the right fit for you because we're going to be with each other a lot. So we want you to have fun and to fit in with us and we just want to add another team member to our team that's going to both help us out and help us expand and just grow. Thank you.
