The present invention features a pair of inflatable pillows which are intended to provide comfort and safety to the child while sitting at a car seat. Each pillow is crescent shaped and is attached to the seat belt that harnesses the child in the car seat. The attachment of the pillows to the seat belts is simply done with the use of four hook and loop fastener straps. The pillow itself is made of open cell foam and each pillow has its own air valve. Each feature is provided for a self-inflating nature and allows the invention to be custom fit to each style of car seat. The pillows are covered with a soft fabric material which can be easily removed for machine washing.
