Seven-Eye Witness News reporter Jenny Johnson shows us how it is safely selling motorcycles. Buffalo Choppers is a different place right now. We still are trying to offer the same service for our customers. We're just trying to do it through different means. Jason Dragou, vice president of Buffalo Choppers says his business is making a lot of adjustments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It's hard because we're used to dealing face to face with a lot of our customers. But now customers must turn to their website. It's a lot more interactive than it was before. We have all sorts of pictures and stuff online. If people want to interact and ask us questions, they can do it through the website. And if a customer is really interested in a motorcycle, Dragou says the business is offering one-on-one appointments. I'm definitely getting a lot of interest and still getting people calling and asking about bikes. But the actual pulling the trigger on it has definitely slowed down a little bit from years past. Dragou says springtime is typically the busiest season for them. So it's definitely a difficult time to be encountering something Nonetheless, Dragou says business is still coming in. We're a little slower than we normally are this time of year, but we're still about two weeks out on service appointments. Buffalo Choppers is a full service shop. They offer oil changes, New York state inspections and full performance packages. We're still here. We're still making sales and helping people, So if you're bored at home looking to get out but still want to maintain social distancing, Dragou says a motorcycle is a great way to do it.
