Gatlin Racing

My name is Darrell Howard. I've been at Gatlin Racing for about two years now. Been building cars and bikes my whole life. Been riding and racing for a good 15, 20 years. We don't duplicate. We innovate. The push for excellence is every day. It's all day. Great customer service and great performance. Jesse is extraordinary, Mark exceptional. I think together we make a great team and we offer great service. You don't have to go out of town to get performance. You can get it right here in the city, right here on Locust. And that to me is an exciting thing. It's not far set. It's right in your backyards. Mark Johnson. I'm the business manager. What we do here that no one else does is the 240 kit which you see here, which is a 240 tire kit on a standard swing arm. We modify the standard swing arm to put a 240 kit here. We They haven't done. We're basically interested in trying something new instead of following. We I'm building a hybrid right now. So I'm building a high booster with a Gen 1 body, but with the Gen 2 motor and electronics underneath. My name is Jesse Gatlin. I'm located at 3115 Locust Street, St. Louis, Missouri. I love this area. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I've been in business for over 33 years. I got started in motorcycle racing back when I was younger, primarily from racing bicycles up to the time of racing motorcycle street racing. In my younger days, I have approximately five national records that I've broken set. The last one was in 89. That was the last national record I set. We specialize in customizing mostly high performance, anything from paint, swing arm wheels, engines, anything you want that's pertaining motorcycles, what we did. Some of the new items, phases that we've come up with, is come actually from a business partner, Mark and Jarrell. It's a 240 wheel kit. Jarrell wanted one of those things really bad. About a year ago, he said, hey Jesse, is it possible that you can put a 240 wheel into a stock, And I said, I don't know. I'd have to think about it. So I thought about it. I looked into it. Well, then it was possible. And so those are some of the things that we do that's different from what everyone else do. We don't do what the books say ABC. We do what we want the book to say.
