How are We're doing great. So tell us a little bit about what you're up against today. How far are you biking? Today we are starting out in the morning in the St. Paul time trial and it's a five mile time trial and this evening we have the criteria in St. Paul and it will be an hour long criteria starting at 6 15. What are you looking forward to most? I mean, for people that aren't cyclists and aren't, What's the highlight of this particular race? My highlight would definitely be the criteri They're the crowd is amazing and the spectators just getting a lot of spectators out there. It really gets my adrenaline going and that's definitely going to be my favorite part of the stage race. Cynthia, have you raced in other bike competitions in other places around the country? Yes, yes. Definitely all over the country. So tell us give us some perspective as to how some of those other races compared to the one here in the Twin Cities. I think today we have one of the toughest competition. It's probably one of the biggest fields in the United States as far as women's racing. So I think it's going to be really, really tough competition, but also very exciting because it's the races are over five days instead of just the usual one or two day racing in the other races. Alright, well, Cynthia, the best of luck to you. I hope you're able to keep your endurance up. Sounds North Star Bicycle Festival kicking off this morning. Thanks, Cynthia.
