Alright guys here we are 2019 ZX6R just purchased this thing got just over a hundred miles on it. Let'see, 133 miles on this Batboy here and that's factory exhaust what I have is the shorty GP exhaust from Radiant Cycles. I purchased the optional baffle not sure we're gonna try out both ways with and without the baffle I also purchased some new Shogun frame sliders no-cut frame sliders for this and this is for my little Z125 these are frame sliders for the little Z and some mirrors that go on handlebars and there's the little Z there that was also brand new. Let'see that little Z's only got this little Z only has 57 miles on it. I was gonna get a Jeep of the Radiant Cycles exhaust for this one but for some reason Kawasaki decided that the exhaust needed to be an entire ridiculous muffler up underneath so there really is no pipe to slide one of these shorty GP mufflers so we're gonna try this out on this Z on the ZX6R 636 and see how that goes for us. It doesn't look too difficult we got a clamp underneath here got a clamp there so we'll pull this thing off and then I'll get back with you when it's on there let's do a quick sound inside the garage with this factory exhaust cold start and then after I get this shorty GP on we'll give it another test run and without the baffle first then we'll put the baffle in and see how much difference that is so we'll be back I'll continue once I get that on. Alright guys here it is shorty GP mounted on there wasn'too bad and it has this exhaust valve and these cables that run to it and they come from a little motor here I guess controls those controls this exhaust valve that's on the inside of here make it even clearer. Don't ask me why that's there. Imagine they have some reason for it being there something to do with emissions maybe where exactly I can pull those cables up and kind of keep them stowed I'm not sure maybe have to pull them back up into the fairing here when I find that out I'll let So there's that let me put that baffle in and we'll give it another shot give me one second. Alright here we are we got that baffle installed there just a 8 millimeter 516 bolt that holds it in. Let'see how well it'll stay in there but let's fire it up and see if we got any kind of drastic difference. Sounds alright. I'll have to give it a ride and see if it's annoying or not. Won't be too sure until we get it on the road and see if it'something that we can deal with. May end up putting the factory pipe on until I get some money for a good pipe but for right now we'll see how it does it's a little loud but I guess that's how they're supposed to be. Valder in the live it says that's what their slogan is so let's just see if it'something we can live with. Alright so I got these Shogun frame sliders put on no cut they were They look good there's bolt on they got one Allen head bolt and it goes down the center codes with all the bolts that you need to put them on. There's that one and on this side you can see this one has a little bit bigger recess cut you see the flat in there. Fits good. I did find a way to pull my exhaust valve cables back up into the faring here. I didn't want to remove it yet because I don't know what I'm gonna do if I May put it back for now we'll see. Not sure if that's gonna give any lights any check engine lights or not. Not sure let's give it a. I don't see any lights. No lights so that might be a good thing but yeah so we'll get the seats back on and have to give it a ride and see how she sounds. See how she runs. Not sure. We'll go from there.
