A local businessman honored veterans in town with military bike night. The owners of the 469 Cycle Shop is a big supporter of veterans and they wanted to give back. At last night's event, guests could expect food trucks, live music, as well as cool cars and motorcycles. The goal of last night's event was to bring the community together for those who kept us safe. Well, a lot of these homeless veterans that we're giving the clothes to, a lot of them didn't volunteer. You hear people all the time saying, A lot of these people were drafted, these homeless people. So they were put into situations they weren't prepared for and they're in a bad way and we need some help and we got to help them and that's what we do. We're here to help these guys get back on their feet and get them at least some clothes on their backs. The event also featured organizations that help veterans.
