I am Dr. Ryan Fuller and I will talk a little about the role that the Arabian could have in terms of performance. Often, when we think about having to do something, we believe that it should be incredibly quoted, incredibly quoted or, in the case of an aggressive sport, we could even think that it is a good idea to fight with the opponent or with the opponent. However, there are many proofs that, in fact, being incredibly angry can be rather destabilizing. And even if you are a very aggressive person, such as the OK, the Box or the Football, you will often see the Puggili, who may speak badly of their opponent before an encounter. The strategy is obviously to make the other Puggili angry, who, if he hopes, will compromise his performance. He will not be able to follow the typical technique that would normally adopt on the ring. The same thing can be observed with the players of football in line, which could comment on the family of the other player or on the receiver, who does the same to a batter. So, if we consider the sports field, it seems clear that people have understood that making the opponent angry is far from the game. Well, in the search for social sciences, there are proofs that come back ten years ago, until 1908, two people called Yorkside-Otson established this law. Originally, it was applied to learning. And, fundamentally, what they have shown is that high levels of excitement, which is what we see in the case of the Arabian. So, the Arabian is an emotion with a negative veil, but an elevated excitement, while sadness or something So, the Arabian has an elevated excitement, just And what they have shown is that high levels of excitement and very low levels of excitement actually lower the learning. And the scientists, in turn, have shown the same thing for the performance of the engines. What, in general, leads to optimal performance, is a moderate excitement. Something in the middle. So, for most of us, for most of the behaviors, what we really try is not to be too low and too low. We do not want to be too careful, we want to make sure to pay attention, but we do not want to be too excited. We do not want to drink too much caffeine, we do not want to be excessively excited or put too much weight on something. We want moderate levels of excitement to optimize the performance. Now, there are some exceptions. If it is a very, very simple behavior, then we could be able to get out of our place, walk and open the door with a high level of excitement. Second category, and this is valid for some athletes, as you can imagine, an Olympic speed at the starting blocks, there is no doubt that it will be incredibly excited and probably nervous, but it is a too practical behavior. When the behavior is repeated more often and is very well known, then the excitement could not interfere. The third discovery recently emerged is that what really matters is that we are able to keep our attention and be present to behaviors. So it is also possible that, for those of us who are not professional athletes, if we can improve a lot in keeping our attention on the question in question, high levels of excitement will no longer interfere.
