The Shop is the place to buy your Tires,Parts and have Service work performed
Hello, I'mitch from The Shop Incorporated. I'd We offer both a manual machine and our automated system. The manual machine is the basis for automatic machine and they both share many of the same features. The housing is of all steel construction powder coat finish. Near the base of the unit are two openings, one on each side, which serve as both handholds for picking up the unit and moving it. It also allows air to enter to cool the half horse direct drive motor mounted inside. This knob here is for the brake for slowing down and stopping the disc safely and easily for the recharging and cleaning procedures. The power switch is a three position switch. Up is on, continuous, middle is off, and the down is a spring loaded position for b This metal clip here is where we mount the lapping solution applicator. This port on the side of the machine here is where the air pressure exhausts. You can connect your shop desk collection system to it, pipe it outside, or mount the optional dust control blower. The machine has four power outlets, two switched with the main power switch and two non-switched. The first outlet is switched for the optional blower so it comes on and off automatically with the main motor. This outlet here is for the light and these two on this end are for the automatic mechanism. The light is fixed to the side of the machine with a swivel base, has a flexible neck, and features a heavy-duty toggle switch. These four holes pre-drilled into the housing are for mounting the automatic mechanism for future upgrades. The lid of the machine has a pre-formed armrest for aid in setting down and grinding by hand, and it is held in place with these two clamps. It's held down tightly against the soft bubble seal. The guide cable is used as a reference for proper location to centerline and to maintain parallel position to centerline as you're stroking back and forth. It has two positions for the different sized blades and when disconnected can just be pulled out of the housing. This is held down by one hold-down screw to remove it. Remove the screw and the wheel is lifted off the centering pin. The large six inch diameter reference ring is used in all machining and balancing operations and in turn locates the disc similarly on the machine. This ensures accurate center location and balance each and every time the disc is taken on and off the machine. The drive plate has a maxim This enables you to sharpen using light pressure to achieve the most accurate hollow grind. The lapping disc is the heart of any clipper blade sharpening machine and that is where the shop incorporated stands alone. With our exclusive scraping process we deliver an unmatched accuracy of the surface guaranteed and validated. If you have ever received an improperly machined disc We condition the surface and test sharpen blades on all discs before sending them out to be sure that once you begin using one you will get good blades and maxim No other manufacturer does this complete of a process and there is no other disc on the market machined at this degree of accuracy. An accurately machined disc will also last longer than one that has inaccuracies in it to begin with. After the scraping process we season the surface with grit grind blades on it and check the blades to make sure that the disc produces a straight even hollow grind for even tooth contact which is necessary for maxim Both systems come complete with all the tools and supplies you see here which enable you to maintain a high level of quality control and achieve professional results on all the blades you'll be sharpening.
