I'm Ryan Harding, I work for Bikersworld in Birmingham and I do all the mail order on the website and send out all the posts each day. We sell in-store and online, we sell loads of different brands and they all get dispatched all around the country and all around the world. We used to have to do each order individually which would take a long time. Since having ShipStation now we can literally run through them and ship them into a batch and then you print the batch off and while you're doing something else they keep printing off all the stickers and all the packing slips and you can just leave it to do what you've got to do and then come back to it and all your stickers are ready for you, ready to send all the parcels out. I've now found myself in loads more free time as I used to have to take all day doing the post and sending the mail out but now I'm finished by 9, 10 o'clock so I'm listing more things and then we're getting more orders. ShipStation will give us the time to list all the parts and work on our website. It won'take us as long to keep the customers that I buy and already happy so it will give us more time to make the website better. Even like a customer asks me where their parcel is, I don't have to mess around trying to find their tracking n It's important to have great customer service.
