One of West Town's most iconic biker bars is riding off into the sunset. Twisted Spoke is closing after 30 years. The bar on Ogden with that famous motorcycle on the roof announced the closure on social media. They tell Block Club Chicago the reason is that staffing is too expensive and so is the cost of food. Their lease is up at the end of the month. August 31st is Twisted Spokes last day.
