This is my 1978 Sportster XLCH, complete custom. Actually this is my first Harley. I've had it for a little over 20 years. We signed up to do the Grind Biker build off down in Galveston, Texas. And we had about a year to build the bike. I do a lot of modern stuff. So we tried to put, maybe just a blend of modern and classic. I haven't seen anybody do anything different with an iron head in years. I mean, it's your typical hard tail, spring or front end. We built a one-off air ride system for it. And it shows really well. Handle bars are all one piece. We did internal throttle. I had EFM make us a custom auto clutch for it. So it's automatic. Kept everything nice and clean. Stepped edge wheels. We did all stainless spokes to match the exhaust. And the air tank is all stainless. Shave the cylinders. These are all pineapple cut from Ryan in Oklahoma. All the hardware is stainless. We turned every one of them before we put them in. So from the neck, all the way down to the back, this is all one piece steel. And then the chin spoiler. That holds the air tank. So this is the air tank. The air compressor is under the rear here. So it's all hidden. The valves are all under the oil tank. Batteries back behind the seat. Basically with a screwdriver and three 716 bolts. The whole body comes off. So you can service everything. Manly custom paint. So he was our in-house painter. Did all this work. And basically, less than a week, he had it painted and done. Saw a wrinkle powder coat. And then went back with an airbrush and aged it all with some black.
