One of the attractions to work with a group They've got experiences in a n And what we've seen in the last few years are events that are so large that anyone's city in the world cannot handle the influx of people that are going to come for the event. Greater Milwaukee has 12,000 hotel rooms and 250,000 attendees were expected for this event. Because of our experience helping organize the 25th anniversary of Woodstock, Harley Davidson asked us in 1997 to build a facility that could sleeve up to 25,000 Harley Davidson owners for the 95th anniversary. They asked me if I could build a campground that was as different from a KOA as Harley Davidson is from the tricycle. We've been able to come into an area and virtually set up a city. That includes housing, that includes retail, that includes commercial and every other little amenity that most people want when they go into an area. After the 95th anniversary and the success we have with Riders Ranch, Harley asked us to do it again for the 100th. One of the most important aspects of providing alternative housing is that we strive to provide a comfortable environment that people will feel good about coming home to that will make them feel secure and will also allow them to fraternize with the people that they feel most comfortable with. Here at Harley Davidson's 100th we had 9,000, 10,000 people sleeping in a campground and they all had a common mind. Their ownership of a Harley Davidson, their love of motorcycling. What is the type of goal that we have in every project that we do? We're in the internet cafe right now, we're in security and we're just breaking up and carrying stuff. What's your footprint? And they own very expensive bikes, some of the most expensive bikes in the world. They just came down across the tech camp in an area to get over to where you are. You'll hear them say, I came to see where my baby was born. That's the way they treat their bikes. And that's the way we treat them.
