Well here at Wagner-Morose Sports we're here to take care of our customers' needs so what well from what I've seen in the industry and I've been doing this for about 34 years is that we spend a lot more money than I've ever spent in some of the other assignments on certification and training of our technicians. We make sure that everybody is up to speed on their technical training and we also kind of snobs about using the appropriate tools so we spend quite a bit of money there and we're kind of snobs about using original equipment parts because we think the quality parts make the services more mild.
