What's up Torquates? You missed me. But hey, that's my line. Come on, Borja, you Today I'm going to introduce you to the video. I'm Asier Garcu00eda, coach and part of the fanriders staff. Today I'm going to teach you five of my best tips to skate in your city. How to skate in your city The street is the natural way of skating. When the weather is good, there's nothing better than spending a day cycling around your city. Whether it's just family or friends, skating is a sport of ten to get you in shape. Or simply to disconnect from the routine. If you've already learned how to skate on your skates, it's time to try the routes and get out of the limits of the track or the park. The first tip I give you is that you start choosing accessible areas to try. Keep in mind that some places in the city are not especially designed to skate on wheels. Try to find a flat area and without big slopes that help you flow. In this way, you won't get too tired too fast and you can extend your exits. Depending on where you live, there will also be areas where you won't be allowed to skate. For example, the roads and some of the avenues in the central areas. Moving out of them will prevent you from getting into trouble. My second tip is not to lose sight of the horizon. It's normal that when you start you worry about your feet more than usual. Taking your eyes off your skates is a common mistake that you can make. Try to look a few meters ahead to anticipate pedestrians, cyclists and other skaters coming in front. The third tip I give you is to see with your skates, more specifically with your wheels. You can use any, but if you invest some extra money in bigger wheels, you can skate faster and in a much more comfortable way. I've been through the 90mm skates for a while now, but you can try with the 100 or 110. The bigger the skates, the more comfortable the ground you skate will be. Here's my fourth tip. Be creative and find some places to have fun on your way out. As a street rider, I love to improvise during the route and look for spots where I can try myself. You just need one extra point of motivation and training and something to take care of the urban furniture. And the fifth and last tip I give you is to come and try the FanRiders routes. Skating alone is fun, but to surround yourself with people who share your passion is much better. That's why I encourage you to write us or leave us a comment asking about the program routes of the weekend. I hope you've taken note of my tips. I say goodbye until the next video. Torquaters!
