Music My name is Jeff Haggerty. I'm the general manager at Harley-Davidson of Alperazzo. We're celebrating our 25th year this year. We are Indiana's largest Harley-Davidson dealer. So we've got the largest selection in the entire state. This store here is open six days a week. We run six day a week service. We try and make it real convenient for everybody for all of their Harley needs. People ask us a lot what our typical demographic is for a Harley-Davidson owner. It's all walks of life. It's people from one end of the spectr It's you, it's me. It's the guy walking down the street, the lady walking down the street. It's everybody. It really touches everybody. It's a piece of American history. Music We have just about everything that Harley-Davidson offers. We've got a full service department with five technicians. They're super busy right now. We've also got a paint shop too. We've got probably Northwest Indiana's only exclusive motorcycle paint shop. We often joke that you could walk in the store completely naked and leave completely Harley-Davidson down. I mean we've got boots, socks, underwear, of course motorcycles. We've got parts. We've got accessories. We've got it all. I think because of the longevity of our staff we're able to develop that personal relationship. I mean a lot of people start off as just customers but then they become our friends. I mean we know them. We know who their kids are. We know their wives. They know our story. And it's more than just selling a motorcycle or selling a pair of boots or getting your bike serviced. I mean you're coming in to just kind of hang out with your friends. Music Being best of the region really means a lot to us. It kind of tells us what the general public thinks about us. And a lot of our customers, You very rarely hear the good.
